What products do you export?
BINM exports IQF frozen vegetables and fruits, plus fresh produce and semi-fried frozen potatoes (pommes frites). The frozen range includes broad beans (foul), cauliflower, broccoli, cut green beans, peas and carrots, okra, artichoke, taro, spinach, molokhia, sweet corn, pomegranate arils, mango and strawberry.
Are your frozen products available all year?
Yes. Each crop is processed at its seasonal peak and then held at −18 °C in our own cold storage, so the same specification can be supplied in any month. The crop window still matters for planning, so we confirm the current season and availability with every quotation.
What is the minimum order and typical lead time?
MOQ depends on the product, grade and pack size, and lead time depends on the product, packing and destination. We confirm both against your specification before quoting — please tell us the product, pack size and target quantity.
Which certifications and documents do you provide?
Every shipment is issued with a commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, phytosanitary certificate and health certificate. Food-safety and organic certifications are issued per destination market and are supplied on request with the quotation.
What Incoterms and payment terms do you work with?
We quote FOB or CIF as standard, and payment terms are confirmed per buyer. Incoterm, port of loading and destination port are all specified in the quotation so there is no ambiguity on arrival.
How is the cold chain maintained?
Frozen goods move in reefer containers at −18 °C with continuous temperature monitoring, from our cold storage through to the destination. Handling and storage requirements are stated in the specification sheet for each product.
Do you offer private label or custom packing?
Yes. Packing can be adapted to the buyer’s specification — inner pack, carton and pallet configuration — subject to confirmation for the product and quantity. Send us the pack you need and we will confirm what is possible.
